The Flock
In November 2003, 13 KHSI registered Katahdin Hair Sheep made their journey from upstate New York to the pastures of Two River Run. My first winter as a shepherdess would be very cold, very white and very wonderful!

The Guardian
A few weeks later, Blue Man Blue, would begin his unending devotion as our flock guardian. The Goodyear Family at Berry Acres Llama Farm provided the perfect young gelded male for the job. Blue is an intelligent, brave, and handsome llama and the girls adore him!

Since 2003 our flock has grown quickly! This past lambing season, our 13 ewes gave birth to 28 lambs within a 3 week period of time. Blue now has 43 sheep to tend to
and he does a great job, especially with the babies.
